Refund Eligibility & Restrictions
No refunds will be issued if any of the following circumstances apply:- You bypass a ban or blacklist issued on your account by using alternative accounts.
- Disrespecting Kyos or its developers and/or moderators.
- You purchase premium for a server that already has premium access.
- The server you activated premium on has executed any commands within Kyos since the purchase.
- More than 24 hours have passed since your purchase.
- Ownership of Kyos is notified that you have malicious intent regarding your refund request.
- Forging details in your payment (applies to any information given at checkout).
- You are a current or past blacklisted user of Kyos.
- You have broken any rules listed in our Discord server after purchase.
