# Refund Policy

Kyos Refund Policy

When we use the terms **“Kyos”**, **“us”**, **“we”**, or **“our”**, we are referring to Kyos. The term **“services”** refers to the services that we provide to those using the bot.

## Refund Eligibility & Restrictions

No refunds will be issued if any of the following circumstances apply:

* You bypass a ban or blacklist issued on your account by using alternative accounts.
* Disrespecting Kyos or its developers and/or moderators.
* You purchase premium for a server that already has premium access.
* The server you activated premium on has executed any commands within Kyos since the purchase.
* More than 24 hours have passed since your purchase.
* Ownership of Kyos is notified that you have malicious intent regarding your refund request.
* Forging details in your payment (applies to any information given at checkout).
* You are a current or past blacklisted user of Kyos.
* You have broken any rules listed in our Discord server after purchase.
